The primary function of the Town Council is to control, manage, maintain and improve the Housing Board's common property within the Town. Daily services provided include: • Landscaping and horticulture work • Conservancy and cleaning work • Rectification of defects e.g. Reconstruction of footpath • 24-hour essential maintenance e.g. Lift rescue • Common property maintenance e.g Repainting & Re-roofing
