This complimentary service is only available to HDB residents within Tanjong Pagar Town. It does not apply to private estates or commercial properties.

Booking Guidelines

  • Limitations: Each household is limited to three (3) movable items every 30 days. (i.e., if your last bulky removal appointment was on 15 June, the next earliest appointment you can book is 15 July)
  • Advance Notice: Appointments must be booked at least three (3) working days in advance.
  • Appointments: Call us at Tel: 1800 272 6415 from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00am to 5:00pm to schedule an appointment.

Important Service Conditions

  • Collection Point: For operational and safety reasons, workers are generally restricted from entering residential premises. Residents should place their items outside their unit on the date of appointment, while ensuring it does not obstruct the common corridor.

 

  • Liability Waiver: While our team takes every care and safety precaution during the removal process, the Town Council and its contractors are not liable for any accidental damage or injury incurred to personal property or individuals.
  • Excluded Items: This service is strictly for standard household items. We are unable to assist with disposing/dismantling:
    • House-moving, renovation debris, or items requiring dismantling (e.g., built-in kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, cupboards, doors).
    • Extremely heavy, bulky, or specialised items (e.g., pianos, safes, gym equipment).
    • Fragile items (e.g., fish tanks, large glassware).
    • Any items that cannot safely fit into the lifts.
