I would like to extend my compliments to Faizal, Hafiz and Saadon from the service crew. I gave a call to EMSU hotline about a leak in the pipe outside my house and they came down to take a look.

Although fixing of the leak does not come under their purview of the PUB pipe, they were kind enough to fix it. They also advised us on the usage of the pipe, and ensured our water supply was not interrupted before they left.

I was overall impressed with their sense of professionalism especially when they went the extra mile.

I would like to give my sincerest thanks to Tanjong Pagar Town Council staff for their prompt assistance in attending to my leaking pipe issue. From the plumbing team to the customer service officer. They managed to resolved the problem within a day, even though it was the weekend.

Whenever she breathe in smoke from the incense burner, as we live on the 2nd floor, the smoke will linger in the flat for the whole day.

She would like to express her thanks to Ms Rose for changing the rectangle incense burner to the drum burner during the Qing Ming Festival.

She would also like to express her thanks to Ms Jessie for removing the two extra rectangle burner. Both staff attended to her feedback immediately as the rectangle incense burner causes smoke and ashes to go into her unit causing breathing problems to our family members staying in the flat.

We really appreciate your staff understanding and swift response in attending to this matter.

I wish to express my gratitude to Ms Jessie, Mr Chan and Mr Samy for helping me to settle the choked sink at my dad’s house.

Last Friday I tried to called many plumbers to fix the issue but no one can turn up on the very day. I called the town council to check if they have anyone who is able to assist me and Ms Jessie attended my call. She told me she will sent someone within 2 hours.

Less than 20 minutes later, Mr Samy came. He was very professional and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Mr Chan also called to check up if anyone has turned up.

I really appreciated the town council and their staff for the support rendered to me. Once again thank you very much.

I recently reported a case to the town council, where I was having issues with my neighbour who were hanging their wet laundry.

The complaint was handle promptly and efficiently by the Town Council’s staff Mr Vellu and Ms Susan. I am a grassroots leader myself for over 20 years and it is very heartening to see fellow comrades of our nation handling domestic issues with speed and efficaciousness.
